Computer Repair
The technician came by in the evening, to accomodate my work schedule. He was punctual, and fixed my the issue within one hour, for the price that was agreed upon prior to the work. It was clearly the end of a long day for the technician, and he seemed a little grumpy and tired. However, his work was very good, and that is the most important issue.
