We had been having water dripping from ceiling in basement near location of our furnace for a few weeks...Since the dripping seemed to only be on humid days, we assumed it was condensation build-up. However the drips started to be more frequent and larger amounts so we decided it was beneficial to call someone out to check the furnace and a/c units.
Mr. Shisler came recommended by a co-worker. We called and were able to get ahold of Mr. Shisler immediately and explained the situation. He seemed knowledgeable and seemed to know what may be our problem. Mr. Shisler made arrangements with us to come to our home within an hour or so. He was prompt in arrival and portrayed himself professionally. He checked all our lines and where the water leakage was coming from. He found our lines from the furnace had become clogged with debris, cleared the lines, set gauges on a/c unit to check our readings, and gave instructions to my partner on what to do to prevent any further issues in the future with this problem.
