Eric was tied up for a day and a half due to a big job for which he was committed to. My situation was not an emergency, so no problem. He arrived when he said that he would and found and cured the problem. He was very nice and very engaging. The job took him longer than he expected because he was trying a new product and graciously adjusted his price accordingly. I would highly recommend him

Eric was very quick to respond to my call about my son's laptop which was having issues with the screen. He came over the same evening that I first called. We thought that either the cable or the screen itself needed replaced. Eric took it apart and found no issue with the cable so we were going to go ahead with a screen replacement. When he reassembled it, it began working fine so he only charged us for the one hour of work to disassemble and reassemble the laptop. He thought maybe something had been jarred loose and it was tightened when he reassembled it. No guarantees but well worth the $50. I would definitely recommend Eric and would use him again.

Eric is wonderful.  Very knowledgeable.   He arrived when he said he would and got right to work.  Ran a lot of tests and did some clean up.  Things were going well and then a week or so later, I got the blue screen again.  I saved the message the computer generated about the error and contacted Eric.  He got back to me and asked me to e mail him the computer error description.  He walked me through how to do that on the phone.  He called back about a half hour later and was able to remote in to my computer and figure out the issue.  He spent about 45 minutes with me on the phone and on my computer.  No more blue screen!   He's very patient and helpful!

I do not even know where to begin. First of all, Eric was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Eric came to my home for the first time on Monday, November 10th. He worked on my son's computer for two solid hours and discovered many, many viruses had invaded his computer. He took my son's computer with him and continued to work on it, on his own time, at his own home. He returned the computer one week later and it works beautifully. We paid a total of $150 for endless hours of work. Eric is very straight-forward and said he'd cap the cost at $150 for the repairs, which he did. Eric said he likes to work on computers but moreover, he likes to help people and did he ever help us!! My son is going to college next fall and he now has a computer that is working like new. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who has computer issues. He is very knowledgeable and is truly a wonderful person. I am so glad that I called Eric and will call him again if we need computer help. THANK YOU SO MUCH ERIC!!

My husband and I were very pleased with Eric. He was able to come to our home the very next day after my call to look at our computer. Our computer had the dreaded blue screen! Eric drove about an hour to get here but did not charge us anymore than he normally would. He actually got into our area about a half hour earlier than planned and called to get permission to arrive early. Eric went straight to work and chatted with us during his testing. He ran some diagnostic tests on our computer and discovered that the computer was not repairable. Thank goodness we always back everything up on a disc. Eric is very professional and personable. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with him. He advised us about what to do with our dead computer and also some ideas on purchasing a new one. Even though he was not able to fix our computer, we were happy that a decision was made on what to do so we can move forward. Eric was only here about a half hour and only charged us $25! We gave him his usual $50 since he had to drive so far to get here, but we still consider it a bargain. I will recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. I called, and we set up an appointment for the very next day. Warren was right on time. As he worked, we had a very nice conversation. His charge was more than reasonable. I think that about covers it. I wish I could remember why I called him.

He charges $50/hour, if he is here less time, he will charge less. He is very nice. He is prompt. He will come out when he says he is going to come out. If he cannot come out he will call you right away.

I called to discuss the problem I was having and thought perhaps the computer had a virus. He said he would come by immediately after work and pick up the computer. He did as he promised - listened attentively to my attempts to correct the problems - then took the machine to his own home.
Several days later he called to say there were no viruses, but that the Vista operating system had been corrupted. He took all of the documents off the computer - reformatted - updated - put all software and documents back on it and return it to us. He put in all together and then made sure that all peripheral equipment was working properly before he left.
It has worked like a charm since he fixed it. I would trust him to work on any computer that I own.

Great job! Eric is very professional and excellant resource on computer systems as well as a superb technician. Couldn't ask for more in response time.

Eric is a gem. He seems to know everything there is to know about computers, but that's not what makes him stand out in the crowd of people who are super computer-literate. The important thing is that he is also very adept at explaining things to those of us who are less literate about computers. In the several hours that he spent at my home, and in two followup phone sessions, I never had the idea that Eric was talking down to me. He has an easy way about him and is alway willing and able to answer any question, no matter how basic or complicated. After the initial installation at my home, I had a few questions that I e-mailed to Eric. He immediately got back to me, and we went online together (while we spoke on the phone), and he quickly resolved the issues I had, none of which, incidentally, had anything to do with the work he'd done originally. I simply needed some advice about some of the new systems in my computer.
I would definitely hire Eric again, and I would recommend him to anyone who requires assistance with any computer-related issue. Oh, and one more thing about Eric. He's just a nice guy, too. I enjoyed talking with him.


Updated Information: On October 18, 2012, my computer suddenly froze on me. I called Eric that afternoon at 2:00, and he asked if he could call me back at 4:00, which he did. At that time, I gave him access to my computer via remote control, and within fifteen minutes, he had fixed everything. In addition, he refused to accept any payment, telling me, and quot;Let's just chalk it up to good will.and quot; What I said about Eric several months ago still holds: He's an expert at computer work, and he's a good guy.

He was really patient as I asked a lot of questions. I had virus on my computer; he cleaned it all up and extremely reasonable. He was $50.00 an hour, for a computer repair guy he was very reasonable. It was the best buy. He came promptly and repaired our computer in 2 hours. The computer was a mess, it had viruses. It was running slow and in bad shape. He cleaned it all up in 2 hours. Now it is running completely better. My husband asked him additional questions like how to download pictures on to the computer and he was going to install another system like the cannon system on the computer so we can download our cannon pictures. He was going to come back again and do some additional things. He was very willing to answer questions and he had patients. He has answered my kid's questions. He was a nice gentleman. He was very honest and good. I would recommend him to anyone.

Eric is very highly rated here on Angie's List and rightly so. There truly are honest people out there and he is one of them. He picked up our computer on a Friday night and we had it back on Monday evening with only a $50 charge. It turns out that there was a loose wire that he fixed very quickly.

He knows his stuff and he is a really nice guy. We would recommend him highly to anyone and would use his services again without hesitation.

It was an excellent experience. We will definately use him again. Honest and has integrity. He also charges a very fair fee.

Eric was contracted to upgrade the RAM and harddrive in one of our office computers. Before he could get to it the motherboard also fried. New computer time. He went with me to pick a unit. Installed it. networked it. Got me up and back in business in a few hours.

It went very well. I've used Eric a couple times before this, and was very satisfied. This time he set up at a time to come over and look at the computer, arrived right on time, and worked on the computer in my office for a good while. He could not resolve all the problems without taking the computer with him, so he took it, did the repairs, and then brought it back a few days later and hooked it back up. The computer is much faster, and the viruses were removed.
