I had to call them for assistance in activating the account. I had previously canceled service at my old location under their recommendation, but was unable to then move the account to a new location. After calling, they were able to resolve the isue on their end and walk me through the rest of the activation on my end and we were able to sort it out. While the customer service representatives I spoke to over phone were extremely helpful, the online chat was a bit frustrating as I had to explain my issue multiple times before it seemed like he understood the problem. I gave an overall B because of the hoops I had to jump through to get it first. I haven't had any brown-outs or performance issues since activating.

They have the service I needed, I buy it pay for it, it works. It seems to work super for me. They have the regular internet service, then they've got the performance thing, then the blast. I got Performance, it works fine for me. I'm not a computer guru. I would like for it to a little cheaper.

COMCAST DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME.
I tried to order Comcast's "Interned Essentials",
which is a program to provide internet to the poor at a reduced cost.
Comcast would not provide this service to me because,
although I am poorer than many people ON the program,
I do not have children receiving free lunches at school.
Comcast DISCRIMINATES against the poor, who do not have children.
Therefore, Comcast REWARDS (and thereby encourages)
people to have children for whom they cannot provide.
DISGUSTING.

Comcast is good, They can usally fix almost any problem I have over the phone.

It has been ok we have not had to call them for anything. We got the cable when we moved into the house and have not had to call them since. When they came to do the install of an extra cable box they worked around my schedule.
