Our experience from start to finish was outstanding. Christean is an amazing realtor and simply a wonderful human being. Despite some complexities in this transaction (aren't they all complex in some way?!) everything was handled smoothly and, importantly, extremely calmly. We were first-time home buyers and Christean made sure we understood every part of the process and no question was treated as stupid or met with anything remotely resembling condescension. Christean is by far the only realtor I would recommend to anyone in the Pittsburgh area. She's fantastic.
We also dealt with Tom (the Coldwell Banker manager) a few times and he was equally professional, helpful, and efficient.
Overall, the experience was wonderful. We didn't have much to go on in terms of dealing with a realtor throughout an entire transaction, however we had interacted with other Pittsburgh realtors in the past on house-hunting trips as part of a relocation package with my employer. Unfortunately the other realtors we had met did not set very high expectations. Fortunately, however, Christean did not fit that same and quot;typeand quot; and was an absolute pleasure to work with and to trust.
