Brandi took the time to understand what we're looking for, and worked around my husband and my work schedules in order to view homes and complete required paperwork, which meant many late nights for Brandi. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the Pittsburgh area, she is very knowledgeable of the areas and takes the time to listen for exactly what you're looking for.

We were looking to sell our rental property and quickly. We had interviewed 3 local realtors. Jay was on time, professional and answered all of our questions. He also was the only realtor that answered his phone at first contact to set up the interview. We feel Jay had exceptional communication skills by listening to our concerns and responding quickly. He had our prpoerty sold before it was even listed. Our closing was in less than 30 days and it was even moved up 2 days. Everything at closing was accurate and ready to go.

Went very well. We ended up taking much longer than anticipated to find THE home... but that was a good thing at the end, as we had more time to choose wisely. The agent was helpful and patient all along.
