They charged us 6%. She was very thorough and helpful in getting the house ready to sell. She was very knowledgeable about the market.

Needed to sell a home in Pittsburgh while living out of town.  Paul listed and sold many homes in the area where home was located (West side of city Oakwood/Westwood area) and I saw his signs many times while in town.  He helped me get the home ready for sale and went above and beyond to assure I had the help I needed.  This was more difficult in my case because I was out of town and limited in the visits I could make.  I had work scheduled that fell through and Paul had the names of workers he had used before that I could rely on.  He saved the day in a couple of instances.  He sold the property within a couple of months and was very informative and direct.  I paid the full 6% commission, but must say it was well worth it for this event.  Paul was very well informed and answered every question I had completely, and with as much detail as I required.

.They counselled us on how to get the house ready for sale. They helped us find contractors, although the contractors are ultimately not theirs but they helped us find people like pest inspector and such sort of things. They updated us on a very regular basis by e-mailing some and had the house in downmarket in three days with the exact price we have. I only wished I had asked for more. The house was dynamite thanks to one of the construction people we talked to. We would use them in the future.
