Citywide installed my garage door yesterday. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, quality of product and knowledge. Dave and Paul were efficient, friendly and left my garage spotless. The office staff was friendly and attentive to my multiple questions regarding installation. Thank you Kelly and Colleen. I called early one cold winter morning and explained that I was unable to close my garage door due to the incident described above. Within 2 hours they arrived and fixed the problems listed and only charged me $100.

I contacted Citywide one morning after my wife accidently backed into our garage door while exiting with the car. Because I was unable to close the door and it was quite cold that day, I needed attention right away. The people at Citywide worked me into that day's schedule and a repair man arrived at 9:30 am. He replaced multiple hinges and reattached the cable to the pulley. He then used his saws-all to cut away the metal braces that had caused the cable to come off the pulley. All work was completed in less than 45 minutes and I was only charged $100 for the work. I am completely happy with the job he did and I would feel very comfortable referring this company to everyone.

Great experience from the initial call to the finished service. The install was able to be made within 1 day of my initial call. The installer (Shawn) was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and very clean. I highly recommend.

I contacted Citywide Garage Doors for a estimate. I received a call back that same day. Ken stopped at our house while we were at work to measure our door and take a look. He left material for us to look at for the style and type of door we wanted. We decided over the weekend what we would like. I emailed Ken with a couple different options we had in mind. I received a estimate that same day for the three different options. Ken called after the email was sent and we discussed the three options we had asked about. That week we stopped to look at sample doors they have in their location. They also told us of  a few houses in our area that have the door color (wood look door) that we were interested in. That week we had our contract in hand and our new door was ordered. Up to this point we had been extremely happy with the service and help of everyone we had spoken to. Everyone was professional, pleasant and very helpful. I emailed them about a week or so later to set up the installation so we could plan accordingly to take off of work. Again we had no problems with setting up a day that was good for us. Paul was the gentlemen that did our installation. He went above and beyond to install our new door. He was also very professional, pleasant and helpful. Once he was done he cleaned up the area very well. He took the time to explain everything that we needed to know, as well as some tips to keep our door running smoothly for years to come.  Overall we were very satisfied with the door and the great customer service the company provided.

The door on my detached garage would not open so I began searching for nearby providers after determining that this wasn't something I could troubleshoot and repair on my own.  When I called, I was able to make a convenient appointment and was told up front what the initial service call would cost and what was included. The day of the appointment, the mechanic phoned to reschedule slightly due to an urgent call (but indicated that he would have honored my original appointment time if the change was not convenient).  It was only a slight delay and no inconvenience. The work was done and my garage door was realigned.  I really appreciated the clear communication and efficiency and thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work done.

My door is old and there are no replacement parts, but I was hoping to get one more year out of it before replacing it.  The gentlemen came the same day I called and were fantastic.  They were so polite and explained everything in great detail.  He also gave me information for when I am ready to install a new door. 
This is primarily what was done:
-He adjusted the rails so my rollers wouldn't pop off the track anymore. Involed drilling new holes to change where the rollers stop.

• -Adjusted the opener because it wasn't opening properly.
• -Waxed all around the frame for a smoother operation.
• -Oiled everything

They are so professional and honest I would highly recommend Citywide Garage.

It was an excellent experience. The man who came out not only did the maintenance that we called him for but he did extra work as well. This happened when there was a heavy rain here and we had not made the appointment in advance for that but he was still able to keep the appointment. We were impressed with that and we would recommend him. We really liked what he did for us. My husband had questions and he answered them. We would definitely use him again in the future.

It was a really good experience. The man who installed it was the son of the owner. He was very good, explained everything to me, & even synced our car with the garage door opener. He did a very good job - excellent!

Everything went well, they arrived as scheduled, they had to put  in a new frame, built and installed the door , put in the tracks and the opener, a keypad on the outside.  Explained everything to me, cleaned up after themselves( my garage was dirty and they cleaned that also) I thanked them for that.  They were very nice and professional. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.  price was good, and I am very satisfied with them.

The first company gave me a travel charge and told me they would replace the pulley. I wasn't satisfied with their service. I couldn't lift the door myself and it was a very hot summer. I couldn't get my car into my garage for 2 weeks. I called them after 2 weeks and they said they were still looking for the part. I finally got fed up with waiting so I called Citywide Garage Door. Citywide had the pulley installed in a day and a half and didn't even charge me a travel fee. The first company never even returned my call.  They'll be the first company I call when I need a new garage door.

They explained how the door worked and potential problems I could have. They explained maintenance issues to me. The price was really good. They were right on time.
