The work was done well with good prices. I highly recommend them. If people are experiencing issues, I would think it’s due to the times we are living in which makes it difficult to find employees for businesses.

The estimate for the work to be performed was very good so I hired them. Service started fine but then became spotty and then nothing. Part of the agreement was to clean and mulch flower/shrub beds. Promised to start work three weeks in a row and never started it. Lawn mowing was fine at first, but then became sporadic and then they stopped showing up. There is no response to messages asking when the work was going to be done or what what was going on.

Stev came to my home aid he would call me to give me a quote waited didn't receive. Call so I called him left a message and emails still didn't get an answer . Customer service is extremely important and I m no longer interested on City Limits providing services . It's doesn't take long to contact potential customers .

First time they forgot my appointment, second time they came and only cut the front lawn, not the back. The last time they never showed or called I hae used Homeadvisor 2 times and both times have been an utter and complete problem!

Some companies never even bother to return calls, even though they say they will...very unprofessional. This company responded quickly, came to give an estimate which was very reasonable, and is doing superb service. I am using them for lawn mowing and some extra landscaping/brush removal work. I'm very pleased with them.
