He took my fancy expensive faucet out and put a new one in that was half the size and was junk. He didnt explain anything. The cold and hot water spickets broke afterwards. When I asked for them to repair it, they tried to charge me.

Looked through everything and went into my garage and found that the drain was clogged under the house. They were able to quickly diagnose this situation, drill a hole, and clean the drain. This was all done in under 1 hour. 
I have used Cillo for multiple items ranging from kitchen sink, the bathroom shower trap, leaking pipes in the shower, and a clogged drain in my basement. They have always been very prompt and professional, and have explained everything that they are about to do. They will continue to be my go-to company for any of my plumbing needs.

I have relied on Vince for several years now . He is the ONLY service provider who calls back within a half hour at the most, usually much less . He has provided a number of various services. Today he came to replace a broken water heater. He and his employees are trustworthy and honest , something you don't often hear. I give Cillo Plumbing my highest marks.

Called on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 and a human being answered the phone! Explained that I could smell sewer in the basement and after checking the cleanout I said I am about to have a backup. A plumber called me back in 30 minutes and helped me determine that the the line is draining slow and to limit water usage and he would be out At 8:30 Monday morning. It's great when a professional assesses the situation. At 8:30am on monday morning I got a call saying he was running a little late and would be at my house in 15 minutes. At 8:45 he was at my house, was professional and friendly. After about an hour he finished and left minimal mess. A light trail of Water drippings from the snake across my basement and a little water near the clean out was left. Much better than a previous company I used when I first bought my house.

I have used Cillo in the past and they are my go to plumber. Honest and effective! Sure others advertise cheaper prices for similar services, but I have found that initial cheaper cost comes with a higher overall price tag, high presure sales and scare tactics bordering dishonest.

Cillo is always professional and courteous. This time was no different. The work was done quickly and in a workmanlike manner.I can reccomend Cillo to anyone without rterservation.

I wasn't sure if the pricing was fair. They were here for quite a while so it seemed fair. They are always prompt and they always clean up. They are always very effective. I will use them again.

They are always on time and explain things thoroughly. I have used them for 20 years, and I would highly recommend them.

I called Cillo Plumbing and they made an appointment right away and came within a few days. The service man they sent was not friendly, brusk and arrogant. However, he seemed to know what he was doing. He did some soldering on the pipework for my tub. The dining room ceiling had been removed for easier access. He did not put a blanket or drop cloth down in the dining room and several drops of hot solder dropped through and burned the dining room carpet. I expected better. The tub still leaked after he left and he had to come back. He performed more work and did some additional caulking. The leak has been fixed. There ws no additional charge for the second visit. The job is done and done correctly, but I expected a little more care taken for personal property.

Cillo changed my bathroom faucet/handles/manifold as well as replaced a trap in the sink for $295. I received a quote from Roto Rooter and they wanted $500, so I think $295 was reasonable. I was amazed at how quickly they responded. They arrived at my house within a half an hour of when I called them. This was no easy job due to the lack of space in the area where the access panel is located. However, he worked quickly and diligently and was sure to tell us how things were going throughout the process. It took him about 3 hours. He even warned us about loose tiles in the bathtub and another leaking fitting on our sink. Unfortunately he did not have the fitting with him or I believe he would've fixed that too. He was very friendly and didn't even seem bothered by my big dog poking her nose in to check on him. He also cleaned up after himself. Excellent work. I will definitely keep their number on hand.

They are good and respond fast. The interaction with the people who came out to work was good. The work went well but the price was a bit high.

We have used him for multiple jobs and have always been pleased with his work and performance. Would highly recommend.

They were on time and the price was very reasonable. The work was clean, we had no problems. He was the second plumber, the first one I called did not work out so well. He was telling us to dig up things, thought their was blockage, or a broken pipe. Cillo snaked it through the roots, fixed the problem.

This just happened on Saturday three weeks ago. Everything turned out really good. They always return my phone calls. I think they are very professional and so are their prices. If I ever have a plumbing thing to deal with, I call them. I do not call around to get prices because I always use them. They are very patient as well.

He is a good plumber, very prompt, I like him and have been using him for years. The only problem was, that I had to call him back, because the toilet was still making noise.

He's a little expensive, but he's good. If something happens, he comes back and fixes it right away.
