Chuck Willis Heating & Air Conditioning

Do not trust this company. They scammed us out of $8000 in our prior home. Sold us an AC unit that was insufficient for the size of our house. When we tried to get it replaced on warranty, we were told the paperwork given to us was not what was installed. He never made good on it. His operating practice is to sell fraudulent units.

They worked hard all day & completed the job in one day. Chuck was very personable . We felt very comfortable & confident using his company.

I've used him for years. I've been a customer since 2006 so anytime I have a problem, he comes right away and takes care of it and recommends what's the best for me. I appreciate somebody that's an expert to give me advice like how big a compressor will I need. He's just very reliable and he's just an average. I don't think that he is inexpensive and I don't think he's the most expensive. I just think he's reasonable.

C Willis' price was comparable to other companies. I had them install a new energy efficient furnace and a/c. They were prompt, courteous and professional.
Within a week, the furnace began having problems. I called and someone came out but the issue was not fixed. This continued for weeks, months. I called one day and the man who answered the phone told me that Chuck Willis was terrible on follow up and went on and on. I found out later it was actually Chuck Willis I was speaking with.
This was a Bryant furnace and it had many problems. C Willis sent someone else out to fix it, Stone Rose. This gentleman was very good and worked with me and with Bryant (corporate office) to resolve the various issues of this furnace.
C. Willis's employees were prompt, courteous and professional with the installation. C. Willis was totally lacking with follow up service.
