He gets booked up, and sometimes gets behind schedule, so keep that in mind (had to give the basement job to another contractor).  But when the work is done, you'll be happy. I refer him to family and friends.  Thanks for a great job, Chris; we love it!

He did a good job. He came out and talked to the person, who did the work. So, he was always there to oversee the work. I thought it was really nice. He was easy to work with. I think I spent about $16,000 including the material and the woodwork. His price was in line with the others. He kept me well informed. I would use his services again in the future.

Chris was recommended to me by another company who I contacted because they carry TruStile interior doors which is what I wanted to use for my project. When this company's price to furnish and install the doors proved way too high, they suggested that I hire Chris to do the installation. This approach didn't change my material cost, but it did lower my labor costs. Chris, who does remodeling work of all types, proved to be highly responsible and reliable throughout the job. He showed up every day exactly when he said he would. The quality of his work was very good to excellent and he proved to be meticulous about cleaning up after himself. On my job, he did all the work himself (rather amazing given how heavy TruStile's solid MDF doors are!), but he can and does partner with someone else when a job includes plumbing or electrical, which mine did not. I was gratified that Chris took on my project (finding someone qualified and interested in doing custom interior door replacement is not easy) since he typically works in the North Hills of Pittsburgh whereas I'm located in the East Suburbs. I would not hesitate to use Chris again.
