CHAD VIDA WINDOW CLEANING

He is quick and does a good job. I would not say that he is extremely professional but I believe the price was fair.

Overall this was not a good experience BUT this is an addendum to my previous rating of Chad Vida. He DID RETURN and complete the window washing after taking our check and cashing it six hours earlier. Because he failed to tell us he was "going to get supplies", and because he had cashed the check within minutes of leaving our property, we thought he had robbed us. We filed a police report for theft due to deception. But he finally showed up, all apologetic and remorseful. He did use the money to get supplies and hire a helper. He did an EXCELLENT job and threw in extras for free. He seemed very sincere and regretful that he hadn't explained where he was going. I would never hire him again because of this lapse in professionalism, but he did return and did complete the job well.

I was very satisfied with their work. He comes and does his job. He gives his bill, I pay him and that's it. He is convenient; we setup to come like once every other month so he just does and that's it so he comes on a schedule. His price is also fair.

CAME AT IRREGULAR TIMES AND NEVER CALLED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. I PAID A BILL THROUGH THE MAIL AND WAS SENT A STATEMENT THAT I DID NOT PAY. HAD TO SEND COPY OF CANCELED CHECK TO PROVE. PARKED IN MY NEW DRIVEWAY AND LEAKED OILS. AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE, HE WAS FIRED.
