I have hired Mark several times to service my HVAC system and once for a full furnace and air conditioner replacement. He was always prompt and professional, doing good quality work. I would hire him again.

Excellent! We wanted to work with a company where the owner was present and accountable. Mark (the owner/operator of Castle) was great to work with, and he did a great job on the install. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was a great value. We researched a lot of different manufacturers and though many are comparable, American Standard got the best rating for durability/longevity and that is the brand he installs. The A/C unit is huge, but surprisingly quiet. It's been too blazingly hot to try the furnace yet, but we are confident it will work great (and much more efficiently than the 33 year old incumbent furnace). We used KeystoneHELP, a lending service for energy efficient home improvements for PA home owners, and were also very happy with their services/rates, so it's a good option if you need to finance. Mark had to jump through some hoops to get set up with them, but he never complained! We expect to get many years of efficient use out of the system, so are very pleased with the decision. We feel like we have found our plumber/furnace company for years to come!

I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were on time and they did a fabulous job. The cost was reasonable and it was by far and away the most competitive bid I did get on the water heater. I liked them very much.

I got a call from the people who rent my house that the a/c had stopped on a very hot day. It was on a Sunday so I called Mark on
Monday to make an appointment. Mark arrived on Tuesday and called me to tell me the problem and cost. He then fixed the motor
and checked the entire system. Even though it's old he found no other issues. He could have easily said it needed additional repairs but didn't. Awesome job as always. Great work,pricing,service, and extremely honest as always. This is the 5th time I've used Mark. I recommend him to everyone I know with extreme confidence.

Mark was very informative and responsive, and we're happy with his work so far. I wish we had hired him to do the work in the first place, but the other plumber came in with a lower estimate. It's worth paying more, though, if it means having it done right.

I emailed Mark/Castle Plumbing Heating Cooling Inc. on a Saturday morning; he replied via email later that day. I spoke with Mark on the following Monday, and he was able to do the work the work the very next day! He was professional, personable, and courteous. I was in the process of preparing my home for sale and was strapped for time. I greatly appreciate that Mark was willing and able to provide this inspection as soon as I requested it! The property is located at the northeast corner of Allegheny County. Mark was glad to drive that distance, considering the area to be part of the Greater Pittsburgh Area that he serves. And while he provided me a handwritten invoice that day, the very next day he emailed me a formal typed invoice for the records I needed for the 'closing' on my house. Mark was TERRIFIC!! I highly recommend Castle Plumbing Heating Cooling Inc.!!
