Excelent. It took them a day and a half to install in 3 bedrooms and steps and a hall. They did an excellent job. One of the installers accidently broke my ceiling fan and Carpet Concepts told me to go out pick a new one of my choice and they would send an electrician to install it. Carpet Concepts handel it and was very professional. They did not ask me for the carpet payment until they replaced my ceiling fan and all was to my satisfaction. I will use them again!
