Foundation Repair
I was very pleased with Bob Capo's service. He quoted me $400 which was about the amount I had expected. He lowered the price by $100 since I did not need a report. He was very thorough and told me how to remedy the problems. I never felt that he was rushing, and he answered all my questions. I would certainly call him again should I need the same type of service.

Structural Engineering
BOB CAPO PERFORMED AN ENGINEERING CONSULTATION FOR US, ANALYZING THE SEVERITY OF THE DAMAGE TO OUR FOUNDATION WALLS, APPARENTLY FROM CHRONIC, UNTREATED WATER INCURSION AND HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE WHICH WAS LEFT UNTREATED PRIOR TO OUR PURCHASE OF THE HOUSE. BOB WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WORKED US INTO A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE BY ARRANGING FOR AN APPOINTMENT ON A FRIDAY EVENING. IN ADDITION, HE SPENT EXTRA TIME DISCUSSING HOW TO REMEDIATE THE PROBLEM WITH US, AND WAS VERY HELPFUL.
