The washer and dryer were fixed properly and I continue to use them today.

Charlie came out, looked at our stove, gave us an estimate on how much, and fixed it that day.  I've also had him fix the dryer and clothes washer.  I would not hesitate to use this service again.

The job went extremely well overall.  He always does very good work.  It was done well and it was done expeditiously.  He is a nice guy.  He was responsive to my call.  He came out as soon as he could which was almost within a day or two.  He took care of the problem.  I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

Their overall service was fantastic. They came on time and did the work for a reasonable cost. There was no problem at all. I would recommend them to the other members as they did exactly what needed to be done.

It went fine, he was on time, did his job and it's working fine now.

He called back promptly and came in and fixed the dryer the same day. He is diligent and reasonable. A real gem!

The dryer was turning on, but the drum was not rotating. I called in the morning around 8:30 for repair and had a call back by midday. The dryer was repaired the same day in about 20 minutes. Service was prompt, efficient and polite with no wasted time. Work area was cleaned up very well. There is an upfront cost for the service call which I think was $55.

After a very disappointing experience with another company, Charlie was especially appreciated. I called on day one; he arrived precisely on time on day two. He was in and out within one hour, knew exactly what he was doing, and didn't waste any time. A very hard-working, nice person.

I originally found Charlie's repair service on Angie's List. I called him to repair my dishwasher, which he did, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Based on that experience, I called him when my disposal died. He advised me to watch for sales at Sears as the most economical way to find a unit. When I did, I called him and within a day, he came to the house at 9 am and did the work well and reasonably in view of the extra time he had to put in.

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME USING CC APPLIANCE. I FEEL THAT THE COST FOR REPAIRS MADE HAS BEEN REASONABLE. CHARLIE HAS RETURNED PHONE MESSAGES I'VE LEFT. HE'S FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN THE REPAIR TO ME. HE HASN'T BEEN PUSHY--HE'S EXPLAINED THE RANGE OF OPTIONS AVAILABLE AND LET ME CHOOSE. HIS DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM WAS ACCURATE!!
