I was in a time crunch to get a home inspection done. I called Eric and he was able to work me in. He showed up early, was very through and kindly explained things as he went along. While he was doing the home inspection, his subcontracted radon & pest guy, David, came to do those inspections too. Both were friendly, informative & prompt. In less than 24 hrs I got the home inspection report in a VERY easy to read format with pictures of problem areas.
