BUERKLE INC

I was lucky enough to get these gentlemen due to a rain-out on AC jobs. They were exceptionally efficient and very patient explaining details to us. The cleaned everything up, used tarps when appropriate and were total professionals. With 11 radiators, and the boiler -this was a larger job than they expected.
They had total respect for our home and equipment. I was extremely impressed that these gentlemen understood gas hot water heat and the advantages that it provides. I hope to have them back to upgrade my gas hot water heat.

I liked them very much. The gentleman that came out was very professional. He started working immediately, told me what was wrong, fixed it, and left.

They are great plumbers. They do HVAC and plumbing but we haven't had any experience with them for HVAC. For plumbing they are fantastic. We've used them many times. We would recommend them to everybody and we will most certainly use them again.

They are fabulous. Their rates are very reasonable. I think their rates are equal or better than a solo plumber I have used. One bill was as high as almost $400.00. They are fabulous on punctuality and responsiveness when I contact them. There is nothing that is not superb about Buerkle.

I was having problems with leaking supply lines to a clawfoot tub. After several tries to correct it myself, I called Buerkle, who I have used before. Rory showed up later that afternoon and installed the new lines and we haven't had any additional problems. He was very professional, punctual and kept a very clean workspace.

Work actually done was performed well. For the transfer valve, I had to provide one of my D-I-Y tools to the contractor. Trying to get a spare part (the valve) took about 2 hours. We felt overcharged when we received a bill counting in those two hours as mechanic's hours charged at the full rate. Person at the office was outside rude to my wife, advising her "your husband should get a better paying job". This is not the mechanic's fault: he was polite and helpful. Our earlier experience (sewer cleaning) had been positive. Now we will not use this company again.

They do plumbing, heating, and cooling. Their response time is quick. I called and told them that they could come the next day or the day after. They were flexible, polite, and systematic. They were very knowledgeable, very organized, and nice to my dog.

We called; they came the same day; they fixed. Fabulous.

It was very sub-par. I had to hire another company to come and do the job.

Buerkle responded quickly and professionally to my phone calls. Since this was late in the day a plumber came out the next morning. He discussed the options and the impact of each with me taking into account my requirements. He performed the repair very quickly and with very minimal damage to the bathroom floor. I was expecting it to cost much more than it did and leave a much bigger problem to deal with later in terms repairing floor or ceiling. I was very happy with the whole thing.

They fixed a leak due a broken seal on my toilet. They showed up on time and did a good job. The leak has reappeared so I don't know if it held up very well. I would probably use them in the future.

I had called many companies, but they all said that they had to replace the water heater and the furnace. Then I called Buerkle and the person they sent over was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and he explained that they only needed to fix the lines.

Very positive. Came when promised. Performed expected repairs. Found problem (the control mechanism was jammed). This is a Ruud continuous heating water heater. It is an unusual device. Not everyone can service these.
