BUDGET BLINDS OF SOUTH HILLS

Great except for our home office. The blinds were not measured correctly and our salesman Jeremy assured us they would be ready in 3 weeks ( that was June 2) as of today I still do not have my blinds. I have tried numerous times to contact Jeremy and today my text message was not delivered. I left messages with his answering service as well. Blinds were finally installed after several voice mail messages. Very pleased with our blinds bit their customer service needs improvement.

I scheduled the appointment with Tanya Champagne (I'm pretty certain this is her name) and she was very courteous and professional. A gentleman named Jay came as scheduled on Mar 3rd. My husband and I really wanted vertical blinds, but Jay said he definitely couldn't install them due to how far they would protrude from the wall. I thought this was odd, but my next choice was 2" wood blinds. We looked at some different options and Jay gave estimates of $740 for faux wood or $938 for real wood. He also said that if we went with faux wood we could only pull them up so high since the blinds would be very heavy. We pondered it for a few days but decided we'd try someone else who would consider installing vertical blinds. It turns out it was no problem whatsoever to install verticals. Jay had told me before leaving that he would contact me soon to see what our thoughts were. A week later I hadn't heard from him, so I left a message saying we were going with someone else who would install vertical blinds.

They were individual business owner, new to the business but dedicated to giving personal service. They provided good product and were timely in providing the finished product.
