I called Al Brunner at 8 and he was there in just over an hour. He came back early afternoon with a new heater, took out the old one and put in the new one. I was without hot water for less than 24 hours. Mr. Brunner is professional and his prices are reasonable. Mr. Brunner has been my go to appliance repair person for years.

Determined that only the outside unit needs replacement. Convinced me against another A/C service company recommendation to replace both outside and inside units for $6,000.00. It cost me $2,200.00 for just the outside unit.

The price was great and they were on time. If they can't make it out on a call, they'll let you know. Brunner has an answering service so if you have trouble contacting them, they'll get the message right away.
