Great! Not only was the plumber quick, communicated well, and gave an accurate time frame for both showing up and completing the work, but he left our house cleaner than it was before he came.

My small leak was fixed less than 24 hours from the time I called. Rob was friendly, efficient, and wiling explain the situation and repair to me. It was a special part and he found it at a local supplier quickly. The entire job took about an hour. Glad I found this company on Angie's list.

Rob of Brubach plumbing has taken care of our plumbing for the past few years. Always professional and prompt. Has come out on a days notice to do some major work, especially replacing terra cotta piping a couple of years ago in our garage (our house is 60 years old). I will have no problem using them again.

I liked him. He was a very nice person. He came on time and I think he did a good job.

We have used Brubach for all of our plumbing services at my work location. They have always been very responsive and always resolve our issue quickly. They are extremely clean in their work and send true professions las that identify and then resolve the issue!!

Rob is really, really great! He truly goes above and beyond! He is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. I like that he takes the time to explain issues thoroughly without trying to up sell me.

We thought he was excellent, and were very happy with his work. He even went out his way to match our tub spout with another fixture connected to it. We later found water dripping from our kitchen ceiling and called another plumber. We found out that the work the original plumber had done, caused problems for us in the future. We later called back the original company after the new damage and the plummer handled the situation very poorly and would not take responsibility for his actions. Overall everything started off fine and then ended horrible.

As stated above it was an overall positive experience with the exception of the quote not being accurate which if I had known it was going to be $535 I would have used the lowest bidder.

The plumber returned my first call within 24 hours and set up the service call within 5 days of calling. He came on time, was very professional, and left the job site neat and orderly.

He arrived when scheduled, and did the work fine. They do high-quality work, but are expensive.

He was very good. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He worked on 4 toilets and 1 sink. The price was reasonable.

Rob came on time and told me what the problem might be and he put a snake down the sewer and fortunately it was just a clog and nothing more serious. I asked about some of my other plumbing issues I have and older home and Rob was very helpful telling me in the future what I might need to replace. I will definitely call them back to have these problems fix. The the price was very reasonable.

The project went very well. My home is very old. The pipes under my sink were very old and corroded. He replaced all the pipes under my sink for me. The fees were all very reasonable. He was wonderful to work with.

Prompt service, on time, knew his business, cleaned up. Rob was friendly, competent and flexible. In addition to fixing the faucet I'd called about, he also added a new line. He'll be back in 2 weeks to install another outdoor faucet.

Everything went very smoothly and I thought they did great work. They were very nice and very professional. They come right out to do the work. They are clean and neat and clean up after themselves.

Rob was fantastic! My original reason for calling was a small leak coming from the bathroom where the lead drains led into the soil stack-the connection had corroded. Then we discovered a large crack in the cast iron stack (house was built in 1910). It needed to be replaced. This meant tearing holes into walls all the way down to the basement. This was major; a shock for a new, first time homeowner. Rob was able to calm my nerves. He explained everything along the way. All of the upstairs plumbing was original to the house, and since I was going to have to rip apart the walls, I decided to replace all of the plumbing and renovate the bathroom. I had concerns about tearing holes in the molded plaster on the other walls in the house. It's irreplaceable. He worked around it. He placed drop cloths throughout the house, and always cleaned up after himself - was very conscientious and respectful. He even hauled away our old toilet and very heavy cast iron pedestal sink!
