IT SEEMS LIKE THIS COMPANY HAS GONE THROUGH A FEW CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP OR MANAGEMENT. WHEN WE FIRST USED THEM, I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE DELIGHTED. VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY GOOD WORKMANSHIP, ETC. THE LAST JOB THAT THEY DID FOR US, HOWEVER, IS LIKELY TO BE THE LAST JOB THEY EVER DO FOR US. THEY WERE STILL RATHER QUICK AT GETTING US ON THE SCHEDULE, BUT NOT AS QUICK AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK HAD ALSO GONE DOWN QUITE NOTICABLY SINCE THE EARLIER OCCASIONS. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WAS A ONE-TIME ISSUE WITH A SINGLE EMPLOYEE, OR A SYSTEMIC PROBLEM, BUT I'M NOT GIVING BRITE HOUSE ANY MORE CHANCES TO PROVE THEMSELVES.
Description of Work: HAVE USED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. INSTALLED NEW OUTDOOR LIGHTS, MOVED TELEPHONE JACK, INSTALLED SEVERAL NEW OUTLETS AT VARIOUS TIMES.
