Plaster Repair
HE DIDN'T SAND AND PREP THE SURFACE, AND HE DIDN'T FINISH THE PLASTER, HE LEFT PART OF IT ROUGH. HE DID SHODDY WORK AND OVER CHARGED ME TOO. I'D NEVER USE HIM AGAIN.
