The tone sounds much better and we are very pleased with the result.
Mr. Bailey is great to work with.  He responded to our inquiry quickly and did a fantastic job with our piano.

Seems to be the technician you would want for a new Bosendorfer or Fazioli.  I only have a  24-yr-old Petrof, but it sounds good enough now that if somebody gave me a new Bose, I think I'd keep this one (and sell the Bose).  Buzzing notes fixed (hammers fit to strings; very physically demanding work).  He did very effective voicing (needling, shaping hammers/sound was too "bright"/harsh initially), overall more mellow now with and without una corda, more "Steinway"-like bass and tenor, less metallic/pingy treble, less noticeable treble transition in treble from damped to damperless;  highest 4 notes were "dead":  improved (hardened hammers, changed strike point).  Action regulated (some hammers near double-striking, fixed; all action faster, easier to play pianissimo); tuning seems long-lasting (still near perfect).  Fixed sostenuto (? factory defect, 1 octave "missing" middle-pedal sustain, fixed).  Punctual, very professional, careful.

Mr. Bailey tuned a piano that had not been tuned for five years. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. I will definitely use this provider on an ongoing basis.

Brian Bailey has been tuning our piano for several years.  He is great about setting appointments soon after you call, as well as being punctual.  He is also just wonderful at his job, and gets the most amazing sound out of our 1920s Baldwin baby grand every time he comes.  Well worth the price to keep the instrument in good order! Highly recommend Brian Bailey!

I preferred him more than another piano tuner I had because he came out within a little while. Every six months he would drop us a card say its time for the piano to be tuned and let me know. We need to get the piano tuned at least once a year. Two of my friends had recommended him to me. He does tuning for the Pittsburgh symphony as well.
