We’ve received good service on our Subaru Legacy which had really good safety features at a great price. We also get a discount for being AAA members.

Their price is competitive. They are very responsive. I couldn't say enough about the service. That's why we've been back to them. This is our third car. They are just very, very nice to deal with and very professional. We have all of our repairs, oil changes and minor things are all done there. They are all done very well. We have absolutely no complaints at all. I think their responsiveness to you as a customer stands out.

We were so pleased with their service, their salespeople, and they are all top notch. The experience was very good. They are very fair as far as their pricing is concerned. They have a tremendous inventory. If you are interested in a vehicle with specific attractions and color they would have it because of their inventory. We never really had to wait.

If they tell you to bring the car in at a specific time, you don't have too much wait time. Their scheduling is very good. You don't spend a long time waiting. They have a nice waiting room. They have always been very responsive.

I knew the salesman so it made it a little better process. There were not any issues, just normal car-buying shenanigans.

The last time I used their services was sometime within the year of last year and sometimes he tends to be expensive. So far I've had services done under my warranty. I've had my car since 2009. The people are extremely friendly and the customer waiting area is nice and comfortable and if it's going to be a long wait they will take you home.

It went very will. The approximate time needed to be increased They kept me informed of the progress of the job The waiting area was clean and comfortable There was a bathroom near by and it to was very clean.

No problems. My Subaru was 7 years old and had 160,000 miles and Bowser consistently serviced it with a smile. I dropped it off in the morning before work, their shuttle would drive me to work, and I would pick up my vehicle at the end of the day. I had no problems with service, and they always matched competitors prices.

They are excellent. I would use them again.

Service Advisor Dave Berger took my car in, and assured me that he would look into my concerns. Mr. Berger kept my car overnight, and called me the next day, assuring me that my concerns were not valid. He road tested my car for 21 miles, checked fluid levels, checked for any leaks, while also checking the computer module for any codes stored. He could find nothing, but told me that we had at least put the manufacturer on notice if we experienced any problems in the future. This car only has 35,000 miles on it, so it is well within the 100,000 mile drive line warranty.Bowser's service has been impeccable since I have been dealing with them. I purchased both of my current cars there, and have had good experiences with their service department from day 1.

The salesman was terrific, and the car pretty much sold itself. The main reason I bought it was for comfort, and it meets my needs. The average gas mileage hasn’t met where it was said to reach.

We purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, both are a Subaru Legacy (1997 and 2009). Sales - they have always been willing to negotiate with us. We felt that we were given a good price for our trade-in and offered a fair and reasonable overall price for our purchases. Maintainance and Repair - we purchased both cars as new automobiles from their dealership and have never paid a labor charge for inspection when there is no repair/maintainance required at that time. We have continued to take the 1997 Legacy there for all maintanance and repair and have likewise never had an issue with the quality of their work. We will do the same with the 2009 Legacy. There have been instances wherein we have not incurred any expense for a repair or maintainance item; a prior visit did not seem to correct the entire problem. The cost of repairs/maintainance is comparable to other dealerships; all dealerships generally charge a higher hourly rate than neighborhood shops. Basically we have built a relationship with this dealership over a 15 year period and they have worked certain things to our advantage for our loyalty to them. We likewise have continued to use them for all aspects of our automotive care, with the exception of tires and batteries, as we feel they know us, they know our car, and that they will repair/maintain items in a professional and honest manner. Coupons are also periodically sent via mail and can be printed via their website.

I've had several cars and I've been going to this auto body shop for years. They are always excellent. The prices are reasonable; they always send coupons in the mail as well. The technicians are good, and Bruce Hamilton, the service manager, is great. It's a good company. I've recommended them to family. I'm satisfied with their services.

Despite three different visits, the Bowser mechanics did not find the cause because as the service writer states "they could not duplicate the condition." I have purchased three vehicles at this dealer in the past 8 years but no more. SEE UPDATE DESCRIBED ABOVE

I get good service from them and I have never had any problems.

I traded in my old car and this was my second purchase from them. I went back to them because I knew that they were going to give me the highest value for my car. I got about $5, 000 more here than what I found out from other dealers. They are easy to deal with, but I do all my research online so I know exactly which vehicle I want.

Bowser has been taking care of all the work on my automotives and they have been doing a good job on it. I am planning to buy another car from them.

They were very professional and I was able to get an appointment right away. It was a 30000 mile service and they were able to get my car back to me the same day. This impressed me.

They responded quickly to the request I wanted with a price quote. During the time between my initial request and the time I bought the car, they kept in touch with me via e-mail. They also showed me some other vehicles I might have been interested in once I went to go purchase the vehicle. They seemed to provide really good customer service.

Everything is ok, but there is long wait time for Saturday appointments and I'm not sure that they always find all the problems. 3 Month after inspection I brought the car to another dealer [because they couldn't give me an appointment within 3 weeks and I was about to go on vacation in 2 weeks] because of braking noises and they told me "the brakes are gone". Maybe Bowser should have found signs of that 3 Month before that. Well for me that means I stop going there for service.

I have been using them for about 8 years and I have always been pleased. I have never had any problems. The wait is always minimal.

They are very good and they don t try to up sell you. This is nice. They do the work you ask them to do and give you advice on other things that you could get done. They are not a predatory dealership that scares you into doing things you don t want to do.

I like Bowser Pontiac, Nissan & Subaru. I believe the dealer does a much better job of repair and service because they specialize and are educated especially in my brand of car. They have the original equipment and parts on hand. They gave me a rental car so it was no inconvenience to me that they kept the car overnight.

I have been using them for the last 6 years and I use them for all my maintenance needs. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.
