The service was quick & the finished product looked perfect.

When they were out they didn't bother checking all of them they just looked at the two. They ended up coming out 3 times. One window they didn?t accomplish anything with and the other window they replaced the springs and they do not work anymore. Then after they fixed the one successfully, I could only get it to go up and not down. I asked them how I can make it go down easier and they told me they can either make it go up easy or make it go down easy and its up to me.
