Back in January, he came out and within 20 minutes, he diagnosed the situation. The water line that busted, was the designated pipe line for the spigot and it was draining the water so it was just sitting there. After explained what was happening, he put a new valve on it and now we know to shut it off in the winter. Yesterday, he came out and installed steel, flexible, braided hoses from the washing machine to water supply. He also checked our whole house to make sure everything was drained and bolted the lines to our house because they were loose. He also crawled through the crawl space and explained all the things that I need to do to prepare for winter.
