Bladhaire Computer Repair and Servicing has been operating in the greater Pittsburgh area since 2004. Our office is located at 3481 Beechwood Blvd. in Squirrel Hill 5 miles from the center of the city. We offer free estimates and we come to your home or office. Our small business clients are the foundation of our business. Seniors and students get a 15% discount on our services. We also try to provide a quick turn around time on any repair or service. We specialize in laptop repair. Two years ago we started the digital entertainment part of our business. So whatever your needs are we have it covered.

I made an appointment and took the laptop to his office (home). He worked on the problem for about 1.5 hours with me watching, hunting for the software elements I needed. I left at this point, and he called me later to come get the machine; the problem was fixed. He only charged me for a single hour of his time. The machine has performed saticfactorily since that time.

His name is Bryan Lang. I took my computer to him twice. He doesn’t come home to do service; we have to take it there. I took it once to fix a virus, and another time to get anti-virus software. He had paid attention to detail and gave me tips to take care of the computer. I felt like he went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a problem that called for a little extra attention. He fit me into his busy schedule. He is available and easy to get in touch with. We have to call him ahead of time, though.

I was pleased and would recommend Brian's services. Brian called me back within 2 hours of my message to him. I brought my CPU over to his house (which he works out of) because I wanted to get my computer up and running ASAP. He confirmed that my power supply was not working, ordered the part from Dell (fronting the payment), and had it up and running the next day. The price - $50 -- seemed fair for the service. I also asked him a few questions about upgrading my hard drive. His advice worked out well and allowed me to do the job myself.
