It has been one of the worse experiences of dealing with anyone professionally. We dropped off our taxes in March, and just received them back this month (September) only after stopping in numerous times. We had to deal with crude comments, no return phone calls or emails. Absolutely no communications!!
I DO NOT suggest their services and will NEVER deal with them again!! I have even considered reporting them to the BBB.
**After having our taxes done by another professional - they found 5 errors that were done by the Black Agency that our rebate return was wrong by $3k.
