Extremely well.  I had used Mr. Tolliver once before many years ago to removed old belongings and remembered him to be very easy to work with and very trustworthy in terms of keeping to time schedules, estimated charges, etc.  
He is a cheerful man who works very hard to meet your expectations and to do what it takes to get the job done.  I had a last minute emergency which meant I had to call him back after we thought all had been finished, and he managed to come by very early that morning to do what I needed before he went off to his other appointment.

It went very well. We were moving -- and he took all the stuff that would not move and would not sell.

Because I had been away from the area for many years, I relied on Angie's List for recommendations for various tradesmen in preparation for the sale and transfer of my house.  I was very pleasantly surprised to see Mr. Tolliver's name on the list when I was looking for someone to haul away trash as I had used his services once before (nearly fifteen years ago!).  I remembered him as being very easy to work with, being punctual, very hard working and reasonably priced -- and as having a good sense of humor.  So, I called him again..................
Originally I pre-arranged for Mr. Tolliver to come to the house only on a single day, but the day before -- having myself arrived from out of town and suddenly being overwhelmed with the amount of work to be done -- I reassessed the situation and changed my mind.  I telephoned Mr. Tolliver to explain that I thought the job was really too big for one day and asked if he could possibly come that afternoon to make a start.  While he had something else that he was planning to do, he said he would come with his pickup truck as soon as he could and do whatever he could get done that day.  By about 2 pm he was hard at work on the garage, and he didn't stop until every inch of his truck was full and darkness had fallen.  The next morning he and his assistant arrived with the big truck and both worked all day until after two days work, everything had been cleared (or so we thought) and all was as spotless as a hundred year old garage and basement can get. 
As it happened, when the new owners viewed the house that evening in their pre-closing walk through, they reportedly were very impressed with the work that had been done BUT then requested that several additional items be removed from the house before the settlement meeting which was scheduled at 9 the next morning.  I only learned this sometime after 6 pm and had to call Mr. Tolliver in a panic that evening to see if he could come back yet one more time very early the next day.  So, on the third day he met me well before 8 am and singlehandedly removed a washer, a dryer, an aged microwave and broke down and took away three wooden pantry cabinets -- and then reswept that section of the basement once again -- and all of this with a cheerful smile on his face and encouraging words to me as I frantically raced to beat the clock.

Mr Tolliver came out to provide an estimate. I was given the estimate and agreed based on that conversation. He was scheduled for following week to arrive to perform services. However he did not complete the services in full and had to return a few days later to finish hauling. At that point it got hairy, as he was requesting further costs for the 2nd trip, despite the work not being finished. He and his support person really struggled to do the job they estimated they could do and I was made to feel guilty about not accepting additional costs. Overall I was not satisfied with basement cleaning-  as I asked that it be spotless from corner to corner (free of cobwebs, surface molds and dust) and though it was cleaner it was not sanitary, which was what I was asking for. Unfortunately the service ended tensely as I felt he owed me the quality for the cost and he was gruff to provide. It is my suggestion that Tolliver and sons improve their estimating of work and provide details to cost/time before setting a price, also providing the boundary line for where additional expenses may be incurred.

Bill came out to our home and worked for about 3 1/2 hours on a very hot day. He cleaned in the basement and garage while hauling away all of the trash. He also hauled away dozens and dozens of yard debris from small tree limbs, to bushes, and tree cuttings. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. He really has a charming personality. We have used him twice already and would definitely use him again.

I called, he was in the area, he showed up promptly, hauled away our stuff, and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased

He was terrific. He and his two grandsons came out to do the work. His prices are very reasonable and they did a very good job. I have called him back to do additional work and I will continue to call when I need him.

Mr. Tolliver showed up exactly when he said he would and did the work all on his own. He was very efficient and managed to get everything done in a morning, filling up his big truck and leaving the basement clean. In addition to doing great work, he's very inexpensive and extremely nice.

Excellent service, good price.  Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Mr. Tolliver was very pleasant when I contacted him.  He arrived on time and completed the job quickly.  It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Tolliver.

The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I called Bill last evening, and he came out with a helper this morning to look at items to be hauled away. He gave me a very good price for the amount of things to be hauled from both the basement and patio. My son had remodeled my house, and there were still construction items on the patio that were heavy and could not go to the curb. He and his helper were very courteous and friendly, and worked without breaking pace until the job was done. They even swept up afterwards! I was very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use their services again!

A job well done. Returned phone calls promptly. Arrived on time. Managed entire job efficently. Hauled away a lot of old furniture and debri and cleaned garage nicely.

the entire move went perfectly! They had the added problem of getting the desk around a stair glide. I will recomend them to anyone. Mr. Tolliver was reasonable, punctual, friendly, and efficient. Many thanks to him and his son.

I had torn down a wooden fence and replaced a porch floor and needed to get the wood hauled away. I called Bill Tolliver and left a message, he got back to me promptly and arranged to come take a look the next morning. He and his associate showed up when they said they would, quoted me a good price, and loaded all the scrap lumber into their truck. So less than 24 hours after I called Bill, the job was done.

Bill arrived - on time - with his son, and the two of them spent over 2 hours moving my furniture out - they had to cut apart an old couch to get it out the door. They did a great job. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used Bill and I highly recommend him - his prices are very fair (too cheap in my opinion!) - he's very professional, and an extremely nice man. Don't hesitate to call Bill.

No complaints! Bill stopped by when we were at work to look at the job, called with an estimate, and then completed the job another day, again, while we were at work. All trash was removed and there was no sign he had been there. Will use again for sure!
