Bill and his assistant Neil were very easy to work with. They were here when they said they would be here. They did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. They said it would take 2 days and it took 2 days. Bill returned our phone calls immediately. When we had a problem with one of the boards, he and Neil came back and fixed it with no problems. The floor looks great.
