Bicycles
First time I had a brake assembly fall apart completely while out for a ride - they showed me a few options and explained each. I chose the mid range replacement and they fitted it right there and then, they charged me for the brakes and disk, but only about $12 for the labor (took about 45 mins). The second time I had an issue, I went in with a bent derailleur and was unable to change gears at all. The service guys took some time to look at the bike and bend the piece back into place. They didn't charge me a cent! I know it didn't take long, and they probably see that sort of thing often, but it makes such a change to some of the stores that are willing to nickel and dime you for every little thing that they do. I will continue to use them for their affordable tune ups (between $50 and $100 I think, depending on service), I get it once a year and the bike feels like new. Great shop, great staff.
