Description of Work: Repaired damaged Porch posts, eave and installed new downspout. Completely redid the porch flooring on a historic district home using composite materials. Primed all exposed wood/composite surfaces that were repaired/replaced to include railings and box gutter.

Once he got into the walls he realized it was a lot more work than he envisioned but that never affected the price that he quoted us for the job. He is very professional and honest and does good work. I would and have recommended him to friends.
Description of Work: Took out load bearing walls and replaced them with structural beams, hung new ceiling drywall, installed trim and moulding, skim coated walls and fixed corners, and a million other smaller projects int he house.

 + -1 moreBiagio and his partner have helped with multiple projects in our home. We got his name from our neighbor whom he did a complete bathroom renovation. He was the lead for our kitchen renovation and handled installing the countertops, sink, faucet, baseboards, door and window trim. He's since come back to hand additional home projects including ceiling and wall repairs, insulation, caulking. He provides a written estimate ahead of time and is quite reasonable. The only trouble is getting new projects onto his schedule.
