Best Shine Cleaning

Two guys came and one didn't speak English. They clogged my drain down. I had to call the plumber in. The price was fair. One couldn't speak English and it was a bad experience. They were here on time. They should not pour water from a bucket on the sink. I asked one guy to do something downstairs for me. He has sort of an attitude with me.

I was so impressed with these guys.  They did an amazing job on my house and were very professional.  I have used other cleaning services and they topped them all.  My kids kept pointing out sinks and fixtures that they had never seen so clean.  They cleaned out the inside of my toaster and did other jobs that other cleaning services don't routinely do.  I will definitely hire them again.

They said they couldn't find my home after I gave them directions. Then they said they weren't sure if the appointment was for today or Saturday. They were rude once they arrived in my neighborhood, started laughing and I wouldn't let them in the house.

Ricardo and his partner vigorously cleaned the entire house  Their attention to detail and work ethic were a welcomed relief on an otherwise stressful day. In spite of movers working in the house at the same time, they left our home immaculate! We look forward to working with Ricardo in the future.

We have been using Best Shine Cleaning for quite some time now and we love their service.  They are very personable and they really help keep our house in order.  They are flexible with their times and we've had to cancel and move the cleaning dates sometimes on short notice, so we appreciate that.  We love the little touches like the folded towels and toilet paper flowers, but really their attention to detail is impeccable.  I'll find additional things cleaned or put in order that I wouldn't expect them to do.  We really can't recommend them enough and plan to keep using them for a long time.

They dust furniture and wipe down all kitchen cabinets, vacuum all carpet and hardwood surfaces, wash bathroom floors, and wet mop and dry all hard surfaces. After granite kitchen counters were installed in my old house, Ricardo included blowing all the marble dust out of my garage for no extra charge. When I moved, he willingly carried heavy boxes to my car.
