+ -1 moreTwo guys came and one didn't speak English. They clogged my drain down. I had to call the plumber in. The price was fair. One couldn't speak English and it was a bad experience. They were here on time. They should not pour water from a bucket on the sink. I asked one guy to do something downstairs for me. He has sort of an attitude with me.
Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for Best Shine Cleaning. It was for a complete housecleaning.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for a complete housecleaning. Had a fair bit of difficulty scheduling the service for a few reasons: he didn't respond to the initial email messages. I had to call after a period of non-responsiveness and then he got back to me. There was a language barrier when speaking, but once I was past that, it also seemed like he had no good way of keeping track of the appointments. Several times he "confirmed" the appointment for a date and time that I hadn't asked for. Even right up to the appointment, he kept trying to change it. | |Once on the job, his crew of three were quite thorough and efficient. The cleaning was good, but I had issues with stuff being put back. They would just take everything off a surface (e.g., a countertop) and put it on the floor in a pile, and then once the surface was cleaned, just put it all back in a pile as well. This led to one of my small items going astray and I still haven't found it. | |Overall, I recommend the quality of the cleaning. They do a good job. However, there were too many ancillary issues for me to consider using them again.

Description of Work: Amazing, Amazing, Amazing job!!! They took such great detail in cleaning our home from top to bottom 3200sq ft. They were very thorough and professional. I would rehire them again in a minute and recommend them to any friend.

+ -1 moreI was so impressed with these guys. They did an amazing job on my house and were very professional. I have used other cleaning services and they topped them all. My kids kept pointing out sinks and fixtures that they had never seen so clean. They cleaned out the inside of my toaster and did other jobs that other cleaning services don't routinely do. I will definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreWe have been using Best Shine Cleaning for quite some time now and we love their service. They are very personable and they really help keep our house in order. They are flexible with their times and we've had to cancel and move the cleaning dates sometimes on short notice, so we appreciate that. We love the little touches like the folded towels and toilet paper flowers, but really their attention to detail is impeccable. I'll find additional things cleaned or put in order that I wouldn't expect them to do. We really can't recommend them enough and plan to keep using them for a long time.

+ -1 moreThey dust furniture and wipe down all kitchen cabinets, vacuum all carpet and hardwood surfaces, wash bathroom floors, and wet mop and dry all hard surfaces. After granite kitchen counters were installed in my old house, Ricardo included blowing all the marble dust out of my garage for no extra charge. When I moved, he willingly carried heavy boxes to my car.
Description of Work: Ricardo and an assistant have cleaned both my large 4 BR house and the 3 BR, 2 bath duplex into which I moved recently. They come every two weeks and spend about 1 1/2 hours. They are efficient and do an excellent, thorough job. They accept my specific requests with a smile (e.g. cleaning the microwave with baking soda). Ricardo has high standards, especially for cleaning the kitchen, and I am very pleased with his team's work.
