The girl arrived on time with her own supplies in tow. She was very friendly and did a great job. Upon research for a cleaning company they came with great references and gave the cheapest quote from any company in the area. Most of the quotes were triple what they ask and I dont need most of the services others offer. They are the perfect cleaning company for me since I keep a pretty clean home but the bathrooms and hardwood are my most hated chores. I have also just signed up for window cleaning and their price as again the lowest quote I received. They offer the perfect prices for basic cleaning and you can add services to accommodate your needs. If you are just looking for a basic regular clean this company is the best and cheapest. I would highly recommend them along with the 10 people who sent me in their direction.

Cleaning services were fine at the beginning, but not superb. After every cleaning, there was something (and sometimes several things) - after leaving reminder notes to make sure she knew what she was supposed to do. That obviously didn’t work as I have pictures of dirt and dust piles that were under the desk, behind the television, just to name an example, which were actually sent to the owners with no response back. The worst part of this whole experience was the lack of customer service exhibited by the owners. Their attempt to increase our cleaning rate without any formal notification or communication was completely unacceptable. It was discovered in the email they send along with the invoice itself. Obviously, they have since been fired.

Couldn't even tell anyone was there or did anything. Contractors were working on the stove - owner said they could only do the top floor, but if people pay for "cleaning" like that I am going into business myself. There was no note, no invoice or anything. I struggled to find evidence that anyone had been there. I saw a few vacuum tracks but the whole rooms did not look done, the bathroom vanity was covered in dust & grit and I ended up cleaning it myself and doing a much better job. They should have communicated the issue instead of passing off a shoddy job. I was planning on using them as our cleaning service but not now. This may be an isolated incident, and the owner didn't charge me, but did not offer to make it right or re-do it to gain my business, just said, OK, no charge, and that was it. Ok, Ill find someone else...

showed up on time when they promised. Came in asked a few questions for clarifications, clean the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, then main floor, powder room,kitchen. Had me review everything and left

We have had the service clean twice thus far, and we have been very pleased both times.  They are very thorough and do a great job.  The women who have cleaned are extremely friendly and responsive.  We have dark wood floors throughout, which are hard to keep clean.  The floors are spotless when they leave.  We are definitely having them clean for us on a routine basis.  The price is very reasonable.

They are dependable.  Their pricing is very good.

After every cleaning, there was something (and sometimes several things) that I had to re-clean myself.  You don't get what you pay for with this company.  The owners expect you to change your schedule for their cleaners but they let you know you're inconveniencing them if you have to make a schedule change.I could get past that if I was getting a decent cleaning service.  When I explained why I was cancelling my cleaning service, I received no response.  Very unprofessional service. 

Housecleaning services

I used to be very happy with them, but not so much anymore because they are having staffing problems. They are still doing a good job, but I keep having to reschedule, so it is getting frustrating. They come out once a month and do the entire house and then they come out on the opposite two weeks and do just the ground floor. The person that used to come out was always on time, came out on a regular basis, got the work done promptly, did a thorough job and I was always extremely satisfied. Unfortunately he is now unable to work and the two people who have come out have been less satisfactory. Overall I have been satisfied with Bellotti and will continue to use them in the future.

THESE FOLKS ARE 'OK' BUT NOT GREAT. THE CLEANING IS NOT PARTICULARLY THOROUGH AND THEY HAVE NOT ADEQUATELY FIXED THE ISSUES EVEN THOUGH I HAVE POINTED OUT THE AREAS OF CONCERN.
