Description of Work: Submitted a "request for quote" on their website about 2 1/2 weeks ago and never heard back. Decided to call this morning and was able to speak to a nice woman who told me they could not do the work I needed right now as it was too cold. She did not offer up any suggestions as to what the next step would be -I asked her if I should call back in a few months and she said yes. She did not take my name or offer to get someone out now to give me a quote so that I could get on their schedule. She then asked what area of town I was in -when I responded she said "oh good, they are still in that area" (made me think -are they going out of business in other areas -what is going on)? I really REALLY wanted to use their services, but am hesitant now. It sounds like things may not be going so well there.

I was very displeased with this company. The guy did come out to look around and was supposed to call me with how much the estimate would be, but never called. I would not call them again for any work.
Description of Work: A man from Beautistone came to my home to give me an estimate on covering my front porch, steps and back patio with pebbles.
