We are a famley oned and opperated business for 90 years in the south hills. We specialize in decrtive stone work and retaining walls. Also we do steps and concrete work ( exposed aggregate,stamp concrete,and broom finish) .

He left the job unfinished and would not return phone calls. After numerous phone call messages left by my wife, I called him and left a message that if it was a matter of adjusting the agreed amount, let me know. No response.
As of May 14, 2014 we never herd back from him. Wall still unfinished. Other contractors are not sure whether they will assume any warranty on John's work since they did not do the original concrete block wall and they don't know how good the drainage was done.
I t appears we may end up paying twice for the same project since other contractors may not use the existing concrete block wall.
Get a firm in writting contract with completion dates and cost with this guy.
Buyer Beware... Anyone who lives in our area can stop by and take a look.. It's the same as he left it almost two years ago.
