Problem
#1 they replaced parts without asking me then charging didn't that practice go away like 20 years ago.
#2 They cant seem to communicate very well. (see number 1) I asked to replace one squeky belt and they changed all of them didnt tell me until I saw the bill. (they didn't say why they did just that they did, at least lie to me tell me they are all about to blow up).
#2 They don't ask questions...if you go to a doctor and say your knee hurts he doesnt just replace the whole darn thing. ie Why would you ask for a full truck check up when an 80k is the standard, but we didn't do anything except change the oil...Oh but while we have the engine apart we can change the spark plugs. What kind of sense does that make....
#4 Dont check their own work, I had to drive back because of the work they did, left a heat shield dangling and clanging, I noticed it within a minute of driving. They didn't notice it or just lazy?
#5 I cant seem to get my car back within at least three days, they dont call usually until about 3pm to see if its ok to do work or order a part, most places seem to get this accomplished by 10 am when they have the car before 7 am.
#6 they charged me to fill up my windshield washer fluid (wihtout asking) and had the gall to say they were thinking about me (and then charged me 3 bucks didn't tell me) I just paid you 1500 bucks and your going to nickle and dime me for 3 bucks...Ill give you ten to go do something useful!

"I WAITED TO RESPOND, AS I WANTED TO GET ALL OF THE DETAILS AND FACTS STRAIGHT AS TO WHAT THE MEMBER HAS STATED. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED. THE MEMBER'S NOISE PROBLEM SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED, NO MATTER WHAT IT TOOK TO LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THAT NOISE. I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE MEMBER AND HAVE COMPENSATED HIM TOWARD HIS REPAIR AND FOR HIS INCONVIENCE. WE ARE HOPING TO CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP THAT WE HAVE HAD OVER THE YEARS WITH THIS MEMBER. AGAIN, WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. JIM BASTONE"
