I don't usually write reviews but I feel this one deserves it. These guys are the best. They are very honest which is hard to find. They could have told me I needed a lot more and I wouldn't have known the difference. Being honest goes along way. And everyone there is friendly even the dog. Highly recommended . Thank you Bastone Auto!!!!!!

The guys were great - they made every effort to keep costs down and were extremely communicative. Will definitely be using them again.

Ever since my truck started going there, the problems haven't stopped. In the past two months one thing has led to another. I feel like if I had taken it to the nissan dealer in the first place I would not be into these guys for over 2500 dollars and still have had to tow my vehicle to the nissan dealer to fix what they haven' been able to fix, including a knock sensor that it turns out wasn't the problem in the first place. These guys can change oil but they dont seem to be thinkers so if you need window washing fluid go for it. If you have a problem go elsewhere!
Problem
#1 they replaced parts without asking me then charging didn't that practice go away like 20 years ago.
#2 They cant seem to communicate very well. (see number 1) I asked to replace one squeky belt and they changed all of them didnt tell me until I saw the bill. (they didn't say why they did just that they did, at least lie to me tell me they are all about to blow up).
#2 They don't ask questions...if you go to a doctor and say your knee hurts he doesnt just replace the whole darn thing. ie Why would you ask for a full truck check up when an 80k is the standard, but we didn't do anything except change the oil...Oh but while we have the engine apart we can change the spark plugs. What kind of sense does that make....
#4 Dont check their own work, I had to drive back because of the work they did, left a heat shield dangling and clanging, I noticed it within a minute of driving. They didn't notice it or just lazy?
#5 I cant seem to get my car back within at least three days, they dont call usually until about 3pm to see if its ok to do work or order a part, most places seem to get this accomplished by 10 am when they have the car before 7 am.
#6 they charged me to fill up my windshield washer fluid (wihtout asking) and had the gall to say they were thinking about me (and then charged me 3 bucks didn't tell me) I just paid you 1500 bucks and your going to nickle and dime me for 3 bucks...Ill give you ten to go do something useful!

They do a good job and they take the time to explain what's wrong and I just have confidence in them. The dealership that we bought the car from had not been able to diagnose the problem with the brakes so we're happy to have that taken care of.

As always, courteous and professional service.

They are really good, knowledgeable mechanics. We never have problems with scheduling or service. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

We know that Bastone’s Auto Service center has a reputation of perhaps being a bit expensive, but for us, it’s worth the price because they do quality work. They are just very, very good. I don’t remember how much they charged us for the last service.

They were excellent - instead of replacing it with a new $800 mirror, they tracked down a used mirror and repainted it for substantial savings, and it looks like new!

They are very experienced. I've used them exclusively sometimes. They are expensive sometimes, but they have consistent quality.

Love the place despite the tiny waiting room space right next to the desk. Be prepared to tuck in your knees to let mechanics and customers pass by.

Performed inspection at reasonable price

It went fine. They're very professional and get the job done properly.

They do excellent repairs. I don't find any thing wrong after I leave. The prices are reasonable. They are very responsive.

Found a nail in my tire, called them up near the end of the day, and they said just come in. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Also told me my brakes are almost metal-on-metal, but didn't pressure me into them doing that service at all! Very convenient and I will be using them again.

They diagnosed the problem quickly and got back to me right away with an estimated cost of the repairs. They got everything done the same day I dropped it off, so I was able to pick my car up that night.

I was very pleased with my experience with Bastone's. They may not be the least expensive service facility, but I believe you often get what you pay for and they are busy enough so I don't think they're going to try to sell me work I don't need. Being able to use their shuttle service is a big help to me.

I like the work they do. Sometimes I think they are a little high priced, but that's just the way it is sometimes. There have been times I think they say things need done but they don't. They have good mechanics though.

All went just fine and they did get the mice out, thankfully. They have done other things for me as well. They have done all kinds of stuff on both of my cars. If anything goes wrong, they help us. They worked on my transmission before when it was dying. They are very good, very trustworthy and very honest. I am very happy with them. I do not think that they do body work though.

They provide shuttle service to pick up car.

I've always felt that Bastone's was a good, reliable, and honest shop. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I was a little surprised that they were unable to fix this problem, especially since it turned out to be fairly straight-forward. I'll probably switch to the guys who did figure it out, since they're no more expensive and seem to know more about my make of car. The Bastone brothers have enormous experience and generally do quality work, but this time they didn't hit the bullseye.

Found that the loss of freon had resulted from seepage, in turn the result of very infrequent use. Did not believe repairs were necessary;advised simply to turn the unit on more often, whether or not needed for cooling, in order to insure adequate lubrication.
