Bal Construction

Right off the bat, the equipment he brought out was wrong. The machine was like a tonka toy. He had to dig a 26x30 ft. hole 7 feet deep. It took him 8 days to do something that should have taken 6 hours. The footings were all skewed and unlevel. They were off 8 inches one end to the other. They were not square and no rebar put in to attach the walls. When I complained about the he said he would rill rebars into the footing, but he never did. He did put rebar in the cores of the block but found out later is that he filled them up with broken blocks and put a couple inches of concrete to make sure it was all poured solid. My whole garage was going up backwards. He didn't use a laser level, just poor construction. When I tore down the walls to rebuild it I pushed the walls over with my shoulder and they just fell over. If you questioned him on anything, he lost his temper at the drop of a dime. He threatened to kick my butt and he threatened to make me his "b****".
