BabyProofing Pittsburgh is a member of the International Association of Child Safety (www.iafcs.org) and has been helping parents and caregivers provide a safer home environment for their children and prevent unintentional injuries and deaths of children in the Pittsburgh area since 2000. We have the experience and knowledge in the industry to help you choose quality products that we know work best for your specific needs -- saving you valuable time and money in the process. We make suggestions that include do-it-yourself recommendations, as well as various options for gates, latches, hearth/fireplace safety, furniture anchoring, locks, electrical safety, etc. There is never any pressure; parents/caregivers choose what they want to do, whether or not they want to do it themselves or use our installation services, and if they want to do the work piece-meal or all at once. We are flexible in working with what works best for your needs, timeframe and budget.

KIM AND HER HUSBAND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB WITH OUR HOUSE. THE SERVICE CAN BE PRICEY, BUT WORTH IT IF YOU ARE NOT HANDY OR DON'T HAVE TIME TO CHILDPROOF ON YOUR OWN. VERY NICE PEOPLE AND THEY PROVIDE AN IMPORTANT SERVICE.
Description of Work: COMPLETED CONSULTATION AND PROVIDED FEEDBACK ON SAFETY ISSUES IN HOME. COMPLETELY BABYPROOFED HOME, INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF 2 STAIR GATES, DECK NETTING, BOOKSHELF STABILIZERS, DRAWER PROTECTORS, ETC.
