Aggrevating!

I was referred to B&R Pools by our realtor and so had expected that they would be a reliable service.  I called once and the person who answered the phone was fairly short with me and took my name and number and promised that someone would return my call.  They didn't.  I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back and did get Mike who does the pool servicing on the phone.  He was friendly on the phone and promised he would come out in the coming week to look over our needs and give us an estimate.  He did call and left a message that he would come out and look at the pool and call him back.  I did, left a message, no call returned, so called again.  Got another person on the phone who was short with me, took my  name and number.  Mike ended up calling me back and said that he had "completely forgot about me" and that he wouldn't be able to even make it out for another week.  If you are looking to get the run around, go with B&R pools, I wasn't and will be looking through Angie's List for another provider.
