We left a voice mail around 8:00 AM explaining the problem and requested him to return our call. He returned our call about 12:30 and was at our house about 1:00. He quickly identified the problem, changed 2 outlets and was on his way to his next customer within an hour. He was professional, cleaned up work area and was very friendly. We will use his service again without hesitation and highly recommend him.

We had an intermittent problem with our kitchen overhead light and I was concerned there may be a wiring problem since it had been installed by our kitchen remodeler about ten years ago. I left a message and Bob was the first of several electricians I had left messages for who call me back. He showed up first thing Monday morning and, after testing the circuits, assured me the wiring was ok and that it was a ballast problem. Because of the age of the fixture, we are considering a complete replacement so we declined a repair. Best of all, he only charged us $20!
