WHEN JOHN AGREES TO DO A JOB, HE DOES IT WELL. HE ALSO GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO INFORM AN OWNER OF OTHER RELATED PROBLEMS AND WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM AS WELL, I.E. GUTTER ISSUES, ETC. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IF JOHN IS BUSY, HE WILL NOT RETURN A CALL OR SIMPLY SAY THAT HE CANNOT FIT US INTO HIS SCHEDULE, HE SIMPLY NEVER CALLS BACK OR DOESN'T SHOW UP.
