I FOUND IT MOST DISCOURTEOUS AND DISRESPECTFUL TO FAIL TO RETURN AN INQUIRING PHONE CALL WHEN IT INVOLVED THE AMOUNT OF THE ESTIMATE WHEN ASSURED I WOULD HEAR FROM THEM.

RAY AND HIS CO-WORKERS WERE VERY HARD-WORKING AND EFFICIENT. THEY REMOVED THE PORCH AND DECK AND NEATLY DISPOSED OF ALL THE MATERIALS. I FELT THAT THEY ALSO WERE VERY REASONABLE.
