Service guys showed up earlier than scheduled time.  They observed the sump pump and determined that it was not working, which led to the flooding in our basement.  Technician told me he could replace it immediately and told me how much it would be, along with explaining the warranty.  He also referred me to a clean up company to help with the mess in my basement.  The guys were very courteous, prompt, and quick.  They were done with the job in an hour.

I called Rob at 4:10 on a Friday afternoon and he was here within 20 minutes to stop the leak and install the new water heater. I have used him many times in the past and I will continue to do so. I would never call anyone else.
