When I arrived it was explained to me that they only performed repair of collision damage and did not do rust repair work. I asked if they would considered providing me a quote as if it was collision damage and they did. When completed the shop manager went reviewed it with me and went on to explain that in his opinion, for what I wanted repaired, this was not the best to proceed for me. He then gave me the name and phone number for another local shop that he thought would serve me better. I went to that shop and he was correct. The cost savings was considerable and the result more than met my satisfaction. ARS proved to be a very reputable establishment and went out of their way to help me.

The work was done on time and looked great. You can't tell that the car was in an accident. The paintwork they did looks great and matches the rest of the car perfectly. The work they did was paid for by the other party's insurance and they handled the insurance and estimate process with no hassle to me. There was some damage that couldn't be seen at the time of the estimate (the trunk had to be tied closed in order to drive the car so they couldn't see the damage on the inside of the trunk) but they factored that into the estimate they gave the insurance so there was no issue having it covered.
They have an agreement with Enterprise rental cars so that customers can be picked up from the body shop by Enterprise and then taken to the Enterprise office to pick up a rental car. I was also able to leave the keys for the rental car there and Enterprise picked it back up when the work on my car was finished. Very convenient!

No problems from the time of the estimate to the time of pick up. The car looked good as new.

Everything is going well. We will definitely continue to use him.

Joe is very professional, goes out of his way to keep his customers satisfied. There have been times when we thought we needed a very expensive repair but he recommended a less costly solution. As we had 3 teenagers driving, the ARS mechanics kept our family's 3 old junky cars running until we got everyone through college. You know the exact cost of the repair and any choices that you have before the work is done. Joe schedules you in easily (even if you call at the last minute and need inspected the next day!) Car is always done when they say it will be. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
