Ryan arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. I observed the entire service call. He took the entire dryer apart and cleaned out all old lint front and back of the machine; the lint filter; the vent pipe. I feel my unit is safer and functioning much better after the service. I did get a surprise when I was presented with the bill; I had been told the service call was a set price and was not clearly told their was an additional labor fee.

It has been frustrating dealing with the Appliance Warehouse. The refrigerator had broken down and I wanted to purchase an extended warranty before the current one expired. However, the company would not permit me to do so until I had the refrigerator repaired. This now makes two refrigerators that I have purchased from the Appliance Warehouse that have turned out to be lemons. I will certainly not be using them for any future refrigerator sales.

They were prompt and it was done well. All is working ten months later and the person was nice, professional, punctual. Not cheap, but fair.

Originally purchased the Fisher-Payel Eco washer for $400 with a 2 year replacement warranty. The Appliance Warehouse offered to give us another washer of equal value, but we insisted on them replacing the Control Panel. They ordered the new Panel from the manufacturer and had a certified service professional replace the panel for no charge.

One of the best secrets in Pittsburgh! They sell mostly used appliances from apartments. Quality is a real mixed bag, but there are some great deals! We got a refrigerator for under $200, only problem were some scuffs (they painted them for free) and a missing freezer shelf. They deliver too.

I was a bit disappointed with the fact that they didn't have the people to fix the unit I had chosen. The fact is that they didn't have any more in stock and also that sometimes they wouldn't return my calls. I pay for a yearly warranty that costs approximately $65.

The refrigerator was reasonably priced. It was used. They did deliver it to me. It was delivered to me, the condition was very clean, and it works very well
