Awning Service
We wanted to have our awning cleaned and repaired if necessary. After repeated calls leaving message they had some one come to our house to pick them up. After 4 months they had not call us or looked at awning to advise of pricing and repairs necessary. We had called several times for progress with no responce. We felt it was just better to pick them up and have them cleaned by others

I PLACED MY ORDER BASED ON PRICE AND WHAT WAS PROMISED. AFTER PLACING A 50% DOWN PAYMENT, IT TOOK NEARLY 2 MONTHS FOR A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE INSTALLATION PEOPLE DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE FRAME FOR THE AWNING HAD TO BE MOVED AFTER THEY PUT IT IN THE FIRST TIME BECAUSE IT WAS DONE WRONG. THEY WERE NOT VERY UNDERSTANDING OR POLITE EITHER. WOULDN'T USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
