I never contacted them

They were very good. The guy that came out was very prompt and he was the first guy that would come especially seems everybody having water damage this spring summer. The quote that he gave wasn't high it was different work.

The owner came out, looked at the job and didn't like the way the workers did the job. When they did the job the second time, they lifted the roof and didn't set it right. There was a gap in my roof that birds could get in. Then they tried to fix the roof by filling the hole with a molding, which still didn't put my home back the way it was. The roof looks awful and I have to hire a painter to paint where they put the molding.

They were polite, clean and extremely professional. They performed the initial work in December, 2005 and still have not returned to seal the porch deck. They have not responded to our calls to have the additional work completed.

I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST SALESMAN ONLY SPENT 20 MINUTES EXPLAINING THE WATERPROOFING JOB AND WROTE THE PRICE ON THE BACK OF HIS BUSINESS CARD ($3400,) NO CONTRACT WAS PROVIDED. THEN WHEN A REPRESENTATIVE CALLED TO SEE IF I WAS GOING TO USE THEIR SERVICES, I INFORMED HER THAT THE SALES PERSON WAS HURRIED AND DIDN'T EXPLAIN MUCH OF ANYTHING. SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD SEND ANOTHER PERSON OUT AND WOULD LOWER THE PRICE. THE SECOND SALEPERSON SPENT OVER AN HOUR WITH US AND LOWERED THE PRICE BY $100. THEN I RECEIVED A THIRD PHONE CALL FROM A SUPERVISOR SAYING THAT HE WANTED TO SEE THE BASEMENT BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE QUOTED WAS TOO LOW. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ON THE PHONE AND TOLD ME THAT HE HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE PRICE SINCE I DIDN'T SIGN THE AGREEMENT. I INFORMED HIM THAT HE SHOULD HONOR THE PRICE QUOTED & HIS SALESPEOPLE SHOULD BE QUOTING CORRECT PRICES. HE DIDN'T WANT ME TO CALL ANY OF THE REFERENCES THAT HIS COMPANY PROVIDED.
